  2. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. Back ordered item prices are NOT firm and may change per fluctuating cost.
  4. All orders are strictly C.O.D only, unless a dealer application has been completed and terms have been granted.
  5. The MOVIES TO GO range of MOBILE VIDEO Products have a 365 - day warranty from date purchased, unless otherwise stated
  6. The BOSS AUDIO range of products have a 365 - day warranty from date purchased, excluding speakers, amplifiers and subwoofers
  7. The ROSEN Entertainment range of product have a 365 - day warranty from date purchased, unless otherwise stated
  8. The AUDIOVOX / ADVENT Mobile Video range of products (Dropdowns, Headrest replacements) has a warranty of 1 YEAR, and the Audiovox Consumer range of products (Portable DVD, SATNAV) has a 365 - day warranty, unless otherwise stated
  9. The PHASE LINEAR  Multimedia range of products has a 365 - day warranty from date purchased, unless otherwise stated.
  10. The STARSOUND range of products has a 365-day warranty from date of purchase,except subwoofers and speakers,  unless otherwise stated.
  11. The CAMTEC range of products has a 365-day warranty from date of purchase, except subwoofers and speakers,  unless otherwise stated.
  12. All branded speakers, subwoofers and headphones, do not carry a warranty.
  13. The warranty is only valid for Moore Sound & Electronics CC T/A Audio Connections Dealers within the warranty period.
  14. The warranty will be void if the serial number is missing, damaged or tampered with.
  15. The sale of goods is subject to correct installation in terms of the Installation Manual and is subject to the compliance with the terms of the Users Manual.Goods must be fitted by a recognised installation centre, proof will be required.
  16. Audio Connections shall not be liable for damages of any nature including consequential damage arising from the use of or installation of the goods sold.
  17. Faulty goods must be returned to Audio Connections, with an RMA number obtained from Audio Connections
  18. Repairs must be returned with original purchase invoice, an installation invoice and a detailed fault report.
  19. Audio Connections will replace or repair the items within 7 working days of receipt, if a performance failure has occurred within the warranty period.All defective Multimedia and Video Products will be repaired or replaced, subject to condition received in, within 7 working days  of receipt
  20. Any replacement item need not be new, but shall be of a condition which is comparable to that of the original and may be the same as, or similar to, or better than, the original.
  21. The warranty shall apply to the repaired item or replacement item for a period of two months or the balance of the warranty period applicable to the original item whichever is the longer.
  22. A full credit will only be issued if returns take place within 7 days of receipt, provided goods are in a resaleable condition, including all manuals and original packaging.The freight charges will not be refunded. 
  23. If the return of goods takes place after 7 days from the date of invoice (maximum 30 days), then the credit passed will be the lesser amount of 70% of the current selling price, or 70% of the original price, whichever is lower, provided the goods are in resaleable condition, including Manuals, Software and Packaging. The acceptance of such return is at our discretion.
  24. No credit will be issued at all if the return is 30 days after invoice date.
  25. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and all non product related fees (shipping,transaction and insurance) are not refundable. 
  26. A 30% handling charge will be issued for goods not being returned with their "original" Packaging, Software or Manuals. The acceptance of such return is at our discretion.
  27. No good will be despatched without positive identification documents on the following:
    A. Goods bought on account
    B. Goods bought by cheque / credit card / eft.
  28. Back ordered items that have come into stock will be canceled 14 days after completion.
  29. The warranty on products will be declared null and void if goods have been mishandled.
  30. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  31. Price lists will not be valid without these terms and conditions being accepted.
  32. No products with a Built-in TV tuner may be used without a valid TV license.
  33. The images as displayed on the website might be generic.
